- Racist top tier
- Top tier allowed the lower tier employess to me misused and verbally abused by the SMT and did nothing about it
- Flexitime meant no afterhours or weekends
- Poor hiring practices- always hired for the top while the tactical employees got no support . Always told no budget
- Fund mismanagement: all forms of consultants while the talent was already inhouse
- Actually told someone that that despite a great review they would get no salary increase and should just be glad they were not fired.
- One department ws well paid and well resourced while the others struggled suffered peanuts and no work life balance
