The management structure is pretty flat, upper management is often involved with ground level operations and regularly checks in to make sure technicians have the supplies + information they need to carry out their work, very friendly team.
Cons
The work involves a very wide brief across lots of systems, once in a while there can be somewhat stressy issues to handle.
