- friendly environment - easy hours not too much pressure -forward thinking CEO displaying excellent leadership during COVID - visionary in the sector with new KI syndicate - Great rapport in underwriting and good leadership in Ops and Claims - Focus on diversity and inclusion increasing - Good benefits and opportunities

Cons

- Salaries are arbitrary it depends what they think you deserve rather than what the role deserves. No bands or consistency. You will be underpaid/undervalued compared to other insurers in the market. - Avoid roles in I.T department - new CIO not experienced in a similar role, out of depth, not a people person, constantly refers to offshore technology partners as "The Indians" - IT strategy unclear.

Cons

Preferential treatment by senior management Too many projects at the same time, they take forever to complete Gossipy culture even at senior levels Not enough alignment of ideas or strategy at the top Lots of wasteful side projects, doesn’t feel like a results oriented place D and I can feel like a tick box exercise Politics with middle management can be toxic
