Management is clueless. Nothing is ever done right the first time around. No one listens to ideas or solutions to prevent problems. No growth from within unless you are willing to give up your life and soul. Procedures and rules are created on the spot. Growing company that needs to figure out their internal procedures before moving up. High turnover rate. You won't know what you'r doing until day of.
