This place is a revolving door.
The CEO is either all involved or not at all and would disappear for months - only to want to change everything when he was there.
Job security and advancement is based on popularity who has the loudest mouth, not on work performance, knowledge, or experience. I have seen hundreds of people, including temps, come and go. This is not a big company to have this much turnover. Many false promises and many people supervising that don't know how to talk to people. Supervisors have a lot of favoritism here.
If English is your only language the majority speak different dialects of Spanish here.
