      Monthly payments are on time.

      Cons

      This company pays the LOWEST salary in Greece, with no bonuses. They only hire workers for part time and they destroy them with the amount of work they have to do until they eventually quit. They have a very very bad management with people in high places that have no idea what they are doing. Personally, i got fired for no reason randomly 1 month after working there, without anyone ever having a complaint. Just stay away, let this crappy company go down.

      Pros

      Really positive team, communicative and helping with everything needed. A person can feel just right in their environment and culture. Interesting technologies to work with such as: API, plugins, CMS systems, Eshop systems and others.

      Cons

      The of the biggest cons are that basically, this is a Russian company even though the investors are Czech. Box now has partnerships with one of the biggest Russian government-created and government-controlled energy companies. In a time of war, I don't think their decision is rational at all. Some of the directors are sometimes shouting, acting rude and cynical. If you are searching for a peaceful environment this might not be the right place for you. It's my first time in a startup and this kind of behavior might be appropriate for some people but I cannot tell if that's appropriate for me 100%.
