      Pros

      worked alongside other therapists (loved my coworkers) and the kids were cute. very low functioning but that’s the population I enjoy working with the most. decent pay but terrible health insurance & benefits. no 401k

      highly unethical practices, unfair treatment from higher ups, lots of micromanaging

      Pros

      Books and Rattles is a daycare and preschool. I’ve never seen or worked in a place like this everyone works hard, The people here really care about the children. It just needs some tweaking and this year they have a new director who seems to care.

      Cons

      It’s unorganized and not up to date with technology.
