      Management are bully’s and favouritism is rife. Under qualified people get promoted and the hard workers are overlooked

      -Forced to work long hours -had to find my own cover if I needed a shift covered (including when I had my requal) -cold pool -chemicals are constantly imbalanced -unprofessional
