Get to work with multiple clients, so you get more exposure.

Cons

Pay grade is very low compared to the market value. Layoffs are pretty common and frequent, so if you're on the bench for 6 months with only partial-time allocation or a support role, you're likely on their list of layoffs already. They don't retain loyal employees.

- The company’s management practices are highly unsatisfactory. - Employees are not informed in advance regarding their final working day. - The organization fails to provide relieving letters in a timely manner. - Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing professional experiences in my career.
