Very organize, systematic, professional and you can learn a lot of things as you work.
Cons
No warning if you’re getting fired. One day, you just can’t open your mail. Also, once you reached around 3 years or more, no growth. They will not give more tasks and if there’s someone better than you, they will just fire you and they will just replace you without thinking of all the works and good things you did for them for those years that you’re still working on them.
