Pros
REALLY great pay! Anonymity. You get to create your own schedule. You don't have to directly deal with customers. You get to be in beautiful homes with wonderful views while you're working. PLUS, Connie is the absolute best boss! She is so encouraging, kind, and flexible.
Cons
The work can sometimes be physically difficult, and you aren't guaranteed a certain number of hours (but I've found you almost always get as much as you need).
