      Where to start?? I began consulting with Blogilates and was blown away by how positive the work culture was - the people were 100% the reason I decided to join full-time. - Benefits and time off are incredible - Leadership truly cares about you beyond work, which is huge for me! Everyone geniunely is rooting each other on and cares for each other! - Get to be a part of a rocketship 🚀 the growth has been amazing! - Products are best in class, I feel so proud to be a part of the brand

      Cons

      Fast growth means that days can be fast-paced! It definitely is a start-up and with that means there can be long days, but at the end of it you feel the impact of your work and its been so amazing to be a part of building something amazing.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, fast-paced environment, ability to work hands-on with upper management and pitch ideas that can develop into campaigns and products. Great snacks, dog-friendly office, engaging co-workers and family like feel. Work from home Fridays

      Cons

      There are not a lot of cons for me because I have the flexibility to work remotely most of the time, but when I was in the office some of the energy vampires were difficult to manage. Grateful they have gone now, but getting through that was not a positive experience.

      - work from home fridays! - free snacks in the microkitchen - ok to take extra long lunch if taking workout class - reasonable deadlines - new projects all the time so you're not bored - nice co-workers. do drama when i was there. - dog friendly office - sometimes we get team lunches/smoothies etc - cute bday celebrations

      Cons

      - office located in area with not a lot of hip or trendy food options so either bring your lunch or use postmates/uber eats/ grub hub etc - ceo sometimes comes up with ideas on the spot and we need to push things around and adjust timelines/deadlines - their remodeling doesn't currently allow for a good lunch break area
