I left the company in 2022, but had to follow up for almost four years to receive my full dues. After resigning, my last two months’ full salary was delayed by nearly two months. In addition to that, I noticed that a portion of my salary deducted as TDS was never submitted to the income tax department. Over the next couple of years, I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages to the company regarding this, but the issue remained unresolved. In 2024, I posted a Google review to bring this to public attention. The company owner responded stating that the dues would be cleared, but even after that, nothing was resolved for another year. Finally, in November 2025, after nearly four years of follow-ups, the dues were cleared. This experience was extremely stressful. The issue was not the money itself, but the long delay, uncertainty, and lack of a proper offboarding process.
