Continuous changes in management creating chaos and lack of clear structure.

Incompetent upper management. Medical technologies business is run by people who have never worked in a regulated industry. People are abused and treated horribly. Work environment is toxic, there is high turnover but nobody cares. Everyday, a new consultant shows up. It's a chaotic environment. Middle management around the top cheese is basically a group of yes men. Very secretive and zero communication. All they care about is how to increase sales numbers for the next quarter. There is no long term strategy. I have heard things are a lot better in the defense business unit.
