      Pros

      Great team to work with, good work life balance. Lots of team activities to promote a great collaborative environment. Company has a great start up environment, and management can be reached pretty easily. Great potential to become a leader in software development and consulting.

      Cons

      Lack of momentum to push limits. Expansion in Canada has been slow owing to market conditions. Being an Alberta company, people often perceive the company being an oil & Gas services company.
