In Bitpastel, when you are good at your job, you get rewarded with more work.
Cons
1. Upper management does not have any clue on how the employees are performing and depends on manager's opinion who have a biased outlook. 2. No work-life balance. 3. Only join this company, if you do not have anything better to achieve.

Here are my opinions - PROS Salary timely paid (very important) After leaving the job all my dues cleared on time (thank you) work environment is very good and you will enjoy working here if you love your work Additional incentives, gifts are good, team building games Process oriented and structured company PF, ESI Not Pros/Not Cons Highly competitive environment, not a place to fool around Performance, Performance, Performance - is the key to succeed here You have to stick to deadlines for projects strictly Zero tolerance for bad and unprofessional behavior (you can get fired) Pay + Incentives are above average and so company expects you to deliver accordingly
Cons
Work pressure Work from home is sometime difficult Lot of process and rules to maintain like MNC
