Good people to work with. There is a collaborative and supporting atmosphere, and individuals knew how to contribute and do their roles well. They foster a family and team environment. Strong focus on employee experience. They were clear in the hiring and onboarding, we do what we have to do in order to get the job done. We all wear different hats to get the job done. In a growing organization, this is expected. Salary was competitive to market and fair towards equity alignment. Senior team members: 98% of the circumstances, approachable, very knowledgeable, and the right fit to move the business forward.
Cons
Some projects and initiatives are very reactive. Although this is expected in growing / transforming organization, and it was clearly indicated during the hiring and onboarding, it does and can take a toll on a body / mind. Therefore, be prepared for change - it's exciting and rewarding. If you cannot handle "good chaos," not the environment for you.
