      A real mess of a company

      Pros

      Nothing to save here really.. but you get an idea on how NOT to run a company.

      Cons

      The company has no management, no vision, no communication, no planning, everything is randomly left to chance. The technologies used are very old and the projects are very poorly coded and maintained. People are often left in the darkness about what is happening, because most of the time nobody really knows what is happening around. Turnover is very high most of people are unhappy so most of them leave after few months only. Offices are very small very noisy and packed of people.

      Pros

      While the company is growing, it learns and constantly improves itself. It gives the same opportunities to its employees, and you see that the ones that take initiative are flourishing - loads of career opportunities and chances to grow.

      Cons

      The growing pains are clearly noticeable, resulting in communication issues and tasks that can be done way more efficiently if it was given some more thought, instead of rushing it through - but I've seen improvements all over the board throughout my time here.
