Pros
The actual products are amazing and life-changing but it stops there.
Cons
Person running the sales team is out of touch with the field team requiring them to work on off days because no office days are given. No work life balance and lots of favoritism given to friends and people who don’t speak up. You will be called and email at all times of the day, your corporate card will randomly stop working while you’re traveling. Field Managers can’t hold onto freelancers because budget is consistently being cut with no communication and or all hours are given to the favorites. People scared to speak up and defend their people because of loosing their job.
