      Pros

      Helpful people always ready to help you. Good environment. Good ratio between work and non work relatable.

      Cons

      Sometimes aim too high on the goals. Dificulty to maintain workers (they give the experience but it's hard to compete with the salaries from other companies and they end to leave)
