I’d really love to write a positive review of “Bevo Tech” and “Bevo Shelves”, because on paper, working at a brewery-inspired start-up sounds like a good idea, fun even. It could have potential. However, the reality - it’s sad. TLDR, there is no future here. No future of a business, they have no idea what they are doing. And no future for employees, no direction, no growth, no tools for success. Don’t waste your time. Let’s start with the business, one funded by parent handouts. It’s governed by egos. It has zero strategy and the leaders have zero understanding of what it takes to run a successful business and team, and most importantly, it’s an HR-nightmare. Lots of weird passive-aggressive behaviour in the office. Fat shaming. No clear boundaries. And the pay is simply put, taking advantage of young people. Makes you wonder if this is a business at all or just a money laundering scheme.
