Pros
Company does not have many employees, so everything was on my desk. To be fair, it's just getting it's legs. I knew this going in. Hopefully, I have put enough systems in place so the next person can move forward with less effort.
Cons
The sense of fulfillment in helping someone regain their life. Seeing families reunite.
