      Pros

      Great company to work for as it prioritizes people, flexible and supports careers. Pay and benefits is competitive and there are some nice perks such as holiday lunches on stats, discount program and RRSP.

      Cons

      It's hard to say. It is a flatter organization so you can try different work and develop - not everyone can be a manager.
