      Pros

      The people here are great. Many have worked here for well over 10+ years, and their commitment to Benchmark shows. Everyone comes in with a positive attitude! Also some managers try to carve out a career trajectory path for you with reviews every step of the way. I know the career path created for me is where I want to be, and I see myself here for many more years!

      None...they are theives and devoted to the men. Yet owned by a female.

      Cons

      If you land a big account..they wil fire you so they can call it a house account.

      Small, agile company with tons of tenure in key roles to help the business move forward.

      Cons

      The only con I had was the previous SVP of sales (the old owners wife), she was very demanding and micro managed to the final day.
