Pros
Supportive upper management in areas of work and personal life. It's an inclusive company, always made to feel welcome. Open communication, was never nervous to bring anything to superiors. Overall very positive experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for ABA service or employment.
Cons
Benefits not included, potentially a lot of travel involved. Shift type work, could struggle at times to keep full hours dependent on clients and teams available.
