Hello and thank you for your candid review. We've resolved the parking reimbursement, our CEO is extremely technical and freely shares his knowledge. We definitely want people to find their "home" here when they join our team. The employee review process and touch bases are being completely re-imagined with an employee focus. As stated in a response to a previous review, we are making major investments in culture enhancement, employee reviews and recognition among other exciting reasons to work at Be Structured. Thank you for the honest feedback. The majority of our employees have been with us for a minimum of two years. We have several others who have five plus years of service. 2018 is bringing a revamp of our employee review process, an engineering ladder so employees know what is expected to move up the org. chart, and re-writing our job descriptions. We have also reorganized the executive team and realigned the focus based on skillset and experience vs. job title. Transparency and inclusion of our team regarding how we make things better has also been a focus. Employee recognition is also a focus of the rest of this year and will continue forwards. We have recognized and own the previous issues regarding operational maturity and are actively making investments to correct them.
