Pros
Can be good money on Saturdays and Sundays if youre ready to be sed for 12 hours straight. Lets your imagination run wild about how the place possibly stays open through out the year with only a few busy months, and what kind of money laundering is going on here
Cons
Weather dependent Unorganized Managment stands around and looks pretty No structure at all, common for servers to call out, stroll in late whenever they please Has 2 bars that you will run to to get different things Poor training Crappy discount on really expensive food and no training meals, youre starving during these 8 hour shifts No rules, existing employees dont do sidework or set up for success at closing Rotating door with new employees, out of 6 new hires 4 left No respect for your time with cuts on slow days, no reasoning behind the scheduling Unorganized POS

Great place for a server to get good foot traffic Cool place to try different food/wines, etc. Great environment for guests

Frequent management changes Huge flux in how busy/dead the establishment can be
