Great to work. Good atmosphere, different projects, a lot of versatility, flexible hours and many activities with the rest of the classmates. Generally like a family.
Cons
All responsibility goes to the employees. Most of the decisions are made by them, in consensus. This means that there is no clear objective for the company, the employees themselves do not fight for what the company needs. Diluted responsibility. Probably low wages compared to the rest of the sector. Lack of seniority and personal development.
