Pros

-Flexible Timings, You can come at any time as long as you complete your daily 8.5 hours

Cons

- There are no holidays on weekends or even on national holidays. - Work-from-home policies are not permitted, even if you can complete all of your work remotely. - No paid sick leaves, you will be given 12 leaves per year (1 per month). If you get sick your paid leaves get deducted. Plus you can use only 6 leaves for the first 6 months. - No consideration is done by the management team, Even if there are heavy rains and road blocks all over the city, you're expected to come to the Office.

Pros

No work load. There is nothing to write here.

Cons

every thing is Cons I never recommend any one to join here, if you don't have minimum 5 years of experience. If you are IITian and joined with less experience they will use your IITian tag to get highest admission, then they will remove you by saying performance issue.

Pros

I can't find any pros there they just use us from their work and left us in middle

Cons

During my college placements, I mistakenly applied to a company due to the rush of job opportunities. Later, I realized that it was not a suitable fit for me, so I intentionally performed poorly in the interview. However, I was still selected. After selection, the company demanded a security cheque of ₹1.8 lakh, which, as a fresher, I could not afford. When I refused, they insisted on it. Concerned about this, I contacted my college placement team, who advised me not to submit the cheque. However, since I had already accepted the offer, I was blocked from participating in further placements. Left with no other option, I decided to join the company. Upon joining, I discovered that the role was not what I had expected. We were not treated as teachers but merely as mentors, with minimal involvement in actual teaching. Our primary responsibility was to mentor students, call their parents, and check feedback forms. Each mentor was assigned 180 students, making it an overwhelming task. Over time, I realized that this job did not align with my qualifications as an IIT graduate. After eight months, the company terminated me, citing poor feedback. However, the reality was that they forced both employees and students to submit five-star ratings on their portal. They dismissed over 15 employees from their coaching institute, labeling them as "not suitable for teaching," only to hire fresh graduates from colleges again. Their true intention was never to hire teachers but to conduct mentorship sessions in a structured way. I strongly urge all IITs, NITs, and other colleges to blacklist this company from their placement processes. They are exploiting fresh graduates and misguiding talented students. Thank you.
