PTO, salary, technologies, smart engineers, that's about it. If you can learn some skills here and leave as soon as you can.
Cons
The team itself was good. The issue here is a company that has zero direction. Company has changed their name, rebranded, and changed their offerings too many times to count. Way too much turn around, because of lack of vision. A lot depends on what department you work in. Upper management is awful. Things started out fine and it seemed we had focus and direction, but then 2 COO's later, and complete shifting and focus to something you just didn't sign up for is a real moral breaker, and forces your employee to look else where.
