    Pros

    Good for technical growth but engineering work is highly procedural. Great pay, time off,

    Cons

    Has adopted herd mentality and utility thought from parent. Highly procedural. Great social pressure to agree to fit in. Meeting decisions made to disperse responsibility. Like working for the civil service.

    Direct all activities at Power Smart to reducing energy consumption.
