      Nice colleagues, central London location. Perk of getting free cinema pass and to use private members club.

      Cons

      Management disorganised, not enough money for the organisation to run smoothly - often cutting corners. No route to become full time staff member and other staff complained of lack of progression.

      Interesting work, great learning opportunities for anyone interested in film tv and games. Wonderful passionate dedicated colleagues.

      Cons

      Not much room for progression, poor pay especially for London and very few pay reviews. Senior management and HR vs everyone else
