Flexible working environment. That’s about it.
Cons
No management and support. Expectations are not properly outlined. Small run business and not properly known in the market so for anyone starting it will be quite hard to meet quota as all leads go straight to Melbourne even if the source is from Sydney. They say they care and respect their employees but it does not show. My advice is to stay away from this company.
