Cons

I worked at Azure and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The main issue was the management, particularly the boss, who often presented himself as supportive but in reality was insincere and unprofessional. Salaries were handled unfairly, and employees are not properly acknowledged or valued. I also believe the company operates in a questionable way with clients that feels like a scam. If you value your mental health, I would strongly recommend avoiding working here.

Easy to crack the interview, apart from this, I don't have anything good about the company

Cons

No proper planning and communication between management and the employee, from hiring to exist they are totally fake,no proper documents provided by them,salary is due 2-3 mnths, if the company is in loss they will terminate/ sack u in 1 day. If u want to relax,chill,or wanna see new Humpty dumpty,best option to chose azure, but really wanna make career, chose a better option.
