      No HR If you are a MNC person this is not for you.

      Pros

      1.) Competitive environment 2.) Easy access to C-level 3.) Meritocracy based promotions (Numbers don't count at Azri, work and talent speaks at this place.) 4.) Exposure to cutting edge technologies 5.) Its ok to break things as long as you own up to it.

      Cons

      1.) Don't expect hand holding 2.) Need better HR policies in place, But this was really not important for me.

      Interesting work but the overall project management needs to improve

      Pros

      There are many new things you learn here. Since you have a hands on experience here you should be open to taking pressure and learn on your own. There is an impressive client list with high visibility projects.

      Cons

      Projects can be managed much better. There is no HR and employees need to push to get every documents. There are delays in salaries being credited. There are no benefits. Timings are demanding. There is no work-life balance.
