They give you access to learn about AWS and quite a lot of PH.
Cons
Some of the tech lead is not capable to do the job, even throw the responsibility to another colleagues. And very lack of communication skill. The management also quite subjective in terms of judging your work. Same like the previous reviews that the management will not listen to you if the feedback is not aligned with their perspective. The management will make you feel like you're a failure in this company.
