The management cares about employees and the company overall does great work in the community and really makes a difference

Management is not clear and there are some breakdowns in communication and unclear job descriptions and duties.

it is hard to understand the goal of my supervisor sometime and there are some negative coworkers that I infrequently have to work with. The higher-ups seem to not get along and sometimes that can be uncomfortable
