      >This is small firm so limited employees help each other > Interview questions are average > Zero HR policy gives you wings

      Cons

      > Management is worst > Good performers don’t get appraisals > Policies applies depending on the management convenience > Partiality with the employees in annual appraisal > No PF, Bonus or other employees facilities which is mandatory to provide to each employees

      Pros

      Deepak Chopra. Very decent person. Good place for non-performers. If you are dumb you will get good appraisals. Axiona prepares all fake data.

      Cons

      Rest of the currently working employees. They are just cheat the owner. Officeboy knows more than the accountant about accounts. Most of the employees are only there because of money. They don’t even pass the basic qualification to be suitable for that position. They are not bothered about work or quality in their work.
