Too Many Let's go one by one 1. No facility for employee 2. Too small projects (1-week project also they have) 3. No flexible office time 4. Many people just sit in the office to show there so-called "Managers" they are working very hard 5. No Phone allowed (like school) 6. They have 3 HRs but none of them working 7. You have to call Manager as "Sir" to show respect about them which they don't deserve 8. Employees are not allowed to use the phone on the floor but managers are allowed to see youTube, Songs, Game, etc they say they are connecting to the client I mean ssly 9. No New technology 10. No proper way to work 11. No healthy work culture 12. You feel like you working in some mechanical company, not IT standard 13. After some time they boost you by telling that you have the chance and potential to go ON-Site but you never get that chance 14. Manager treat you like there slaves 15. No jokes and laugh allowed in the office 16. No work life balance (I mean once you join forget about life and weekends)

There were days when contractors were supposed to be paid and were not. They focused on hiring Indian employees and treated others who were not Indian differently. It is often hard to communicate with other coworkers because of this. Very unstable company. People were constantly leaving the company.
