There was misleading information provided by the owner and the accountant during the hiring process. Why hire someone for a single role when the workload is so immense that it requires two people? On my first day, I was informed that I would also need to handle HR responsibilities. The finance role alone demands the effort of two individuals, and the HR role is equally demanding, requiring another two people. The owner would continuously blame the day to day challenges on the previous employees, openly. I lasted only a few months because of unrealistic expectation from the boss.
