      Pros

      - They fly colleagues from around the world offices to subsidised Sydney Xmas Party - Retain good customers - Round the world helpdesk due to offices in UK and LA was great which means no oncall was needed - Left to run with projects once trust is gained

      Cons

      -Trying to get anything purchased e.g. tools was hard e.g. was asked to share USB Memory sticks, given a laptop which didn't hold any battery to start, could not be trusted to order menial cost items such as USB to Sata or USB to Serial cables until approved by manager which could take weeks -No Bonus Scheme or organised pay/performance review -Will not pay for training unless it helped the company maintain of achieve a status, so no personal development

      Pros

      Worked to death with zero benefits and low pay

      Cons

      Hired a chair force family member with zero IT or Corp experience to oversee the company, Likes you keep morale low so they don’t have to give pay rise. Spends more time writing fake reviews on glass door than doing actual work for clients

      Pros

      - Nice office. - Free beer on Fridays.

      Cons

      - Incompetent management. - You're just another worker to fill up the owner's pocket. - Best buddies culture / the boys club. - The business is having issue and the best/good employees are leaving in droves. - No training provided. It is expected that you learn it on your personal time and resources. - Can be micro-managed depending on who you are reporting to. - If you're a client, revise your IT strategy.
