Pros

- The good people are really good, unfortunately there are not very many of them.

Cons

- Most of this company is made up of two families (really one, but there is a marriage involved). If you don't have one of those two names you might as well be trash to management. - Nearly everyone who works here is incredibly disingenuous. You hear a lot of "we are strong as a team" talk, but in reality management seeks to work everyone to death while paying them as little as possible. - The executives at this company are incredibly childish. I have been yelled at because the president did not understand a simple concept, there was nothing wrong, the president was just unable to accept that he did not understand something. - Despite being plenty profitable to do so, the company refuses to provide any kind of health benefit to the employees, opting instead to give everyone glorified mall massages, and a AD&D policy that has rediculous terms. - I have watched the president call someone out for filing a workmans comp complaint several times publicly. For example we are doing a "group chat" before a company lunch and he makes jokes that so and so costs me so much money on his workmans comp claim. - Nobody gets paid a decent wage at this company. There are people on "salary pay" who get docked pay for every little thing.

Pros

Free coffee in the morning

Cons

- Poor team management - President and owner of the company has an anger problem and often went into screaming temper tantrums at the drop of a hat. This happened constantly. There were stories of him smashing a keyboard over an employee’s desk because the keyboard had not been cleaned well enough. - High stress and hostile work environment - Upper management seemed personally insulted when customers would bring up product usability issues.

Pros

Not too many, the people there will atleast be nice to your face. That being said in my experience it was just a façade and they would lie and back worse then anywhere I have ever worked. (And I have work contract for wynright) the office space is clean with lots of windows. If you are a wear your religion on your sleeve type you will fit right in. The equipment is simple.

Cons

Back stabby work environment, poor documentation of previous jobs. Nothing is done to any kind of industrial standards you are probably used to. The equipment is simple but the programs are either half assed, or over complicated, or both. All of the company leadership are either the big bosses relative, pastor, or friend.this is a con because that means there is not really any room for up ward mobility. The company relies way to heavily on what they call tribal knowledge. This is exactly what it sounds like. But with the kind of turnover they have it’s make their process extremely inconsistent, and the equipment extremely hard to service or engineer. The guy in charge of electrical design uses electrical knowledge gained from improper education(IE he not will allow power supplies to be grounded because that only ever causes issues. And refuses to listen to others experiences) he will also buy components without understanding the product line, but act like he does. As well as speck plcs with less memory to save money without consulting the controls engineers. This caused many issues and most of their equipment ships out the door with less then 10% of the memory left. They also lied to me and said they would work around my volunteer work and they didn’t do that. I was immediately scheduled on a trip during my volunteer work right after I notified my supervisor when it started. I worked close to 100 hours in 6 days on this trip so I could not even work on it remotely. I was also told my position would be long term I was lied to about that too, I was let go after a few months. And was told when I was let go that it was always intended to be temporary.
