Colleagues are nice and friendly Job is fairly straightforward, just handing calls and then arranging recovery assistance Opportunities to pick up overtime for extra money if needed
Cons
Management is very poorly run Customers can be quite rude to you, sometimes swearing etc. Hours are tough (7am - 6pm shift or 11am - 10pm shift)
