Pros
Most locations are fairly good in regards to the service employees. Shop equipment is in good shape at 2 of the 7 locations. Pay is fairly good
Cons
Management is not dependable and each location seems to be run by inexperienced Management with no procedures or set base of operations. Management will get involved in drama and rumors and will engage in behaviors that will single out an employee. Personal information will be shared by Management at the store level. Corporate seems to be in a battle with each other and no regard for the lower employees affected.
