Do stay away & save your career. I don't want to stress on this point more.

I can write thesis & bible on what is not right with this company. 1.Bad and very mediocre and egoistic management what manager says you should do without a question. He loves you else NO 2. There's noone who has idea on what needs to be done. Simply dragging people & playing with starters career. CRAZY 3.They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. 4. So unless u r robot stay away. 5. No road map no clear thought through plan 6. Worst place to work with in Chennai 7. Resources are like clothes for them, wears one new every new day. 8. Please save your careers, pls stay away. 9. Man with money but has no business ideas, seriously. 10. HR is joke & dev team is good but has no idea what to do how to do? 11. Keep hiring & firing developers. Stay away to save your career.

Thank you for your review - and sorry to hear you didn't enjoy working with us. We can assure you that as an HR team we do care about our employees and do not consider them as mere resources. The fact that you got this impression though during your time here is a major red flag for us to have some conversations with management team and address any policies and practices that could be providing this impression to employees. First off, we have reminded local management to share our high-level roadmaps with all employees early during their time with us so they can see where and how they fit in - and why their work is so valuable to our team's efforts! We are also working to improve our Performance Management Programming so that when employees are struggling in the workplace, they have a clearer idea on where to go in order to continue to thrive at AugRay. there's a long list to this and if you really care about your career graph, pls don't ignore these - It's a totally CEO led company. even the smallest of decisions are micro managed by him ( ofcourse with the insights received by some of his loyal flattering employees) - your experience doesn't count. its a no brainer job. Do what you are told to do and just keep agreeing with the management to be in their good books - they hire and fire at the drop of a hat. most people last here for few months only - there is no clear vision for the products they build. The objective changes from time to time depending on the funds they may have. - there is zero marketing efforts to sell their product. they are just trying to dupe clients and survive with that money.

Our leadership team, starting with our CEO, takes the time to review these responses regularly so this feedback will be reviewed. Our management team aims to guide employees in a way where they still feel empowered to own their work and have their voices heard. As such, this feedback is very disstressing to hear. We will involve the managers and brainstorm ways that we can ensure all employees feel more ownership of their work - and see how it relates back to business outcomes. We're also concerned that you note that there is a lot of turnover as that doesn't align with our company's people mission or our HR records. We are focused on hiring the best talent in the industry and providing all the support they need to thrive here long term! Lastly, in terms of our product and direction, our goal is to deliver a world-class augmented reality product and solution to our customers and we take every marketing effort at the right time to advance our product strategically to our target customers so we can keep growing and being a great place to work!
