All the good reviews added here are fake. fraud company no infrastructure, setup on a flat basement in a colony The Office space is extremely cramped and uncomfortable to work in. There is hardly any space to move around Worst experience. Senior persons are arrogant Non cooperative COO Frequent Hiring and Firing No prospect for growth Very few projects Pathetic Management Delay in work causes a bad chain reaction Ineffective HR department. HR policies are worst. Everybody believes in Buttering.You can survive there only if you are able to do Buttering. There are lot of things I cant even wright all here. neither I have time to. I just wanted to make my friends aware who are looking job here. If I am able to save any one's career and help someone in personal, professional, emotional direction I'll be happy here.

-- Poor Management -- No upward mobility -- No career planning -- No employee benefits -- Policy and Procedures are written on the fly and always are in favor of the management -- From management standpoint, there is a lot that is expected of you. Company only gives out bare minimum as far as hours/coverage goes.
