Immediate supervisor was great, autonomy within your individual airport, ability to cultivate relationships and build your own team.
Cons
This company would be 5 star, but ownership is so disappointing that all of the positive aspects are overshadowed. Paychecks are consistently two-four weeks late and ownership does not communicate consistently with their teams during those periods.
