      Cons

      - If you are unable to handle a motivated, fast paced, and ever-changing environment that is built to provide the most efficient environment and service, you may struggle initially but the pace is able to be matched with time and experience spent here. Leadership is more than willing to accommodate to help get you to matching pace.
