Pros

1 in 3 Saturdays only Nicely refurbished offices Good brand awareness throughout Hertfordshire

Cons

Long working hours, really bad commission package compared to other estate agents, as a company they are tight and won’t pay for necessary things. In March they said they would be paying everyone a cost of living £1,000 in a June (then sent out a employee survey for best companies to work for) and then less than a week before it was due to be paid, said they can’t pay. This is a terrible way to treat staff and doesn’t really align with their so called ‘culture’. As far as estates go there isn’t the usual chaos of a sales environment, and the people that work there are nice. They rest on their ‘culture’ to make people believe that this is worth the sacrifice of a decent salary and commission package. When you are first employed you will be given a salary prediction which is NOT accurate to what you will earn.

Pros

Culture and values are outstanding. Colleagues are excellent people and everyday is good fun. Great progression plans in place for the next 10 years.

Cons

No cons. Hands down best estate agent in Hertfordshire. Everyone knows what they are doing, highly efficient and energised. Great workplace.
