Pros

Working in Ascendix for 3 years I will highlight say that all of team members are real professionals. They are well- motivated, that's why they are result-oriented. Also, a big plus is senior management support. Our relationships are built in such a manner, that we try to prevent risks rather than deal with them, when they happened.
